Body Positive Parenting

Body Positive Parenting is the name of my programme for helping parents to be body positive role-models for their kids.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I mostly work with mums who I help to go from feeling uncomfortable in their bodies, avoiding the family pictures, and hiding beneath layers of clothes to accepting their bodies and feeling good about the woman looking back at them in the mirror.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The mums I work with become body confident so they can raise their kids to be body confident too. They raise their kids in a body positive environment. I give them all the tools they need to raise kids who feel good about themselves, can handle negative comments from others, and don’t allow social media to impact them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
