Join me every Monday at 7pm-8pm (GMT+2) from June 8th-29th for an online Mindful Writing Course. 

This Mindful Writing course will give you the tools to create your own mindfulness practice and help you tap into your creative side. Each week we will meet online to practice mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation, and to experiment with our writing. You will also learn how to listen mindfully to each other’s writings. 

Together we will create calm, be creative, and truly listen to each other. Everyone will have the option to share their writing for the joy of sharing. All writing levels are welcome. No criticising of each other’s writing will take place, just listening.

This course is for you if you wish to practice mindfulness, experience calm, and play with your writing.
