Why should I have a life coach?
First of all, why not? We are talking about you making the most of your one life and living it exactly how you want to live it. Life coaching is a different experience for everyone and people do it for different reasons. Maybe you have something big that you want to achieve like moving abroad or starting a business. Or maybe you just feel stuck, bored, unhappy, or frustrated with your current situation. Maybe you want to have unshakable confidence, great body image, or start to love yourself. It doesn’t matter what you want, what matters is that you want to change and make magic happen. If you want to make your dreams come true… then you need coaching in your life.
How Cliona can help you
I’m a people person with an international mindset so I coach all types of people all over the world. Our sessions can take place on Skype or in person. I’m an expat coach based in Paris, France. I specualise in coaching women in the following areas:
- Nagivgating life transtions, difficult times, feelings of wanting change, feeling stuck or without purpose. Let’s change that!
- Stopping the comparison complex. Stop comparing your life to other’s or the alternative life you could’ve had if you hadn’t moved country
- Building body confidence abroad, even if you don’t fit in in your new country
- Avoiding/recovering from burnout abroad
- Creating great relationships with friends/partners/co-workers
How does it work?
Coaching is one of the best investments you can make in your life so it is important that you know that you are getting value for your money. With me as your coach you will receive mountains of support, a confidential and non-judgmental listening ear, and a service that you will look forward to. After just a few sessions you will feel more focus, clarity, and energy.
Coaching sessions are based on your personal needs but typically last for one hour, once a week, and last between 8 weeks to several months.
To get us started we can organise a free 30 minute discovery call in order to see if I am best suited for you. After that we can take it from there. Please contact me and we can organise a call.
I usually take clients for a minimum of eight sessions lasting 1 hour per session. Clients who wish for extra support can choose the option of sessions lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes and having the option to email me between sessions.
If you require something a little bit different then I am open to discussing this with you. We can discuss it during a consultation call.
